How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select your preferred deal and click “BUY NOW” to purchase.

2. Complete your payment for the voucher(s) by credit card.

3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Chope APP Profile > My Vouchers, or an email notification will be sent to your mailbox.

4. Contact the restaurant at 2825 4008 or email mohkg-cakeshop@mohg.com at least 48 hours in advance, provide with the voucher code (13 digits) to confirm the product purchased, date & time of pick up.

5. Visit the restaurant and present voucher code to pick up your meal. Enjoy!

Terms of Use

  • Voucher is not applicable for dine-in; valid only for takeaway.
  • Voucher is only valid for redemption at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Delivery service is available at additional cost.
  • After purchase, please contact the restaurant directly at +852 2825 4008 or email mohkg-cakeshop@mohg.com during restaurant opening hours as specified, and provide the voucher redemption code to confirm order details, date and time of pick up. Pick-up Hours: 12pm - 8pm(Mon-Sat); 12pm-7pm(Sun and Public Holidays).
  • Customer MUST contact the restaurant 48 hrs in advance before the date and time of pick up.
  • No refund, cancellation, exchange, or extension of voucher will be entertained.
  • Voucher is valid till 30 June 2022 and for one time use only.
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts or offers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
