1. The promotion period is from 16 October to 15 December 2023, both dates inclusive.
2. Offer is valid for the designated sweet treat vouchers at or below HK$100.
3. Customer can apply one promotion code and can only enjoy the Offer once per transaction. Each Cardholder can apply one promotion code and can only enjoy the Offer once per transaction. Each Cardholder can only enjoy the Offer 3 times per month during the Promotion Period.
4. 150 quotas of the Offer are available on a first-come-first-served basis per month.
5. Offer is subject to the quota usage status and the availability at the time of voucher purchase on Chope.
6. Customer must add the complimentary sweet treat e-voucher to the cart, and input the offer promo code “SWEETDBS” to enjoy the offer.
7. The payment via eWallet (including Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay) shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions.
8. This offer is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions, offers, discounts and vouchers.
9. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by Chope Group Limited and DBS Bank at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. Chope Group Limited and DBS Bank reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. Chope Group Limited and DBS Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error from Cardholders due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
