Inspiration behind the art dish creation:
Wanting to blur the lines of art and food; we thought it would be fun to playfully adapt Mr. Andre’s signature tag – Mr A; into the menu. The theme is happiness and Mr. A is a funny round face with a huge smile and a Few that follows you everywhere. Our food does just that in your bellies. I love colour and contrast which is why I chose the Coffee Mousse on a white plate.

Each ticket includes:
  • Fresh Premium Oyster
    Momiji oroshi, ponzu, negi
  • California Maki Roll
    Tobiko, cucumber, crab meat
  • Soft shell Crab with Tropical Melons
    Red onion, coriander, ponzu
  • Beef tenderloin yellow pepper sauce
    Shimeji, asparagus, tomato
  • Chocolate coffee mousse
    Coffee ganache, rose wine cherry
Terms of Use
  • Reservation has to be done on www.chope.co before you dine at CÉ LA VI.
  • Advance booking is required at least 1 day in advance and subject to availability.
  • Please indicate to enjoy the Savouring Art menu upon making a reservation.
  • Reservation is valid for Restaurant only.
  • Once purchased, ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque, other tasting menus at any other LKF Savouring Art restaurants.
  • No refunds and exchanges and tickets are valid from 01 March 2018 (Thursday) to 31 March 2018 (Saturday) inclusive.
  • One (1) ticket is required per person for each set menu (i.e. two (2) tickets would be needed for two persons).
  • For reservation, minimum 2 pax and maximum 7 pax.
  • No bookings from 8pm on Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  • A 10% service charge applies based on the original price of the LKF Savouring Art menu. Extra food and beverage will be charged separately.
  • Void applicable of the tasting menu to no show case.
  • Photos are for reference only, and dishes may differ from those displayed above.
