Inspiration behind the art dish creation:
Sea Bass is one of the best sea creatures.
Being able to fish one brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment. I never thought I’d become a chef growing up but now it seems to be the best thing ever (although I did not catch every fish I cook for guests!)

Inspired by recent memories working with our guest chef from Argentina – talking about food and culture simply gave me a great deal of joy!
One of the topics we had was Humita Salteña. So I wanted to compliment this our classic dish with our famed steak (lomo cut) which contains the least fat (only 4%).

Sometimes simple things can make us happy like a child who is easily satisfied by sweet treats. Caramel is my true childhood happiness and fun.
When I was a kid, I used to make sugar caramel with matchstick to create a lollipop. This could bring immense pleasure to my younger self in the past.
I’d like to end the menu by bringing people back to basics, to the origin point where a sweet flavour stays as a timeless reminder of simplicity in life.

Each ticket includes:
  • Pan fried Sea Bass
    Pickled golden beetroot dusted with beet powder and crispy shallot
  • Bife de Lomo
    Beef tenderloin, humita salteña
  • Creme Caramel
    Coconut cream and Dulce de Leche

  • Reservation has to be done on www.chope.co before you dine at Gaucho.
  • Advance booking is required at least 1 day in advance. 
  • Please indicate to enjoy the Savouring Art menu upon making a reservation.
  • Once purchased, ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque, other tasting menus at any other LKF Savouring Art restaurants.
  • No refunds and exchanges and tickets are valid from 01 March 2018 (Thursay) to 31 March 2018 (Saturday) inclusive.
  • One (1) ticket is required per person for each set menu (i.e. two (2) tickets would be needed for two persons).
  • Available Monday to Friday only (12-3pm and 6-10:30pm) with no minimum number of guest required to book for this menu.
  • This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions and Gaucho reserves the right to final decision in case of dispute.
  • A 10% service charge applies based on the original price of the LKF Savouring Art menu. Extra food and beverage will be charged separately.
  • Void applicable of the tasting menu to no show case.
