Inspiration behind the art dish creation:
The Lobster drunk on caviar dish is inspired by my time working in a Canadian restaurant in Peru, one of the first kitchens of my career and a very happy time in my life. The crunchy tostada that is the bedrock for the Lobster is shaped into a Canadian Maple leaf. The main elements of the dish are lobster and caviar, two of my favorite luxury foods to have on special occasions! The secret marinade is tequila, my drink of choice when having a night out with family and friends.

Each ticket includes:
  • Hokkaido meets Mexico city: Mexican mole, Hokkaido scallop, queso fresco, red currant served with a mixed salad
  • Lobster drunk on caviar: Avión tequila marinated lobster, black caviar, gold leaf, avocado purée, black garlic and sour cream
  • Charcoal Grilled Spatchcock served with Truffle Puree: Grilled Spatchcock, Guacamole, Grilled Pineapple
  • Mexican Chocolate flan: Coconut and Chocolate Mexican cake
Terms of Use
  • Reservation has to be done on www.chope.co before you dine at Los Sotano.
  • Advance booking is required at least 1 day in advance.
  • Please indicate to enjoy the Savouring Art menu upon making a reservation.
  • Once purchased, ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque, other tasting menus at any other LKF Savouring Art restaurants.
  • No refunds and exchanges and tickets are valid from 01 March 2018 (Thursay) to 31 March 2018 (Saturday) inclusive.
  • One (1) ticket is required per person for each set menu (i.e. two (2) tickets would be needed for two persons).
  • Menu available Monday to Sunday, 6pm until 10pm.
  • A 10% service charge applies based on the original price of the LKF Savouring Art menu. Extra food and beverage will be charged separately.
  • Void applicable of the tasting menu to no show case.
  • Photos are for reference only, and dishes may differ from those displayed above.
